Admission to this Institute is moderately competitive and this is evidenced by the number of students joining the Institute with requisite admission requirements. Fresh candidates who intend to join B.E. programs have to qualify through KCET or COMEDK. As for the KCET cutoff the first year a cutoff in the ranks 25000-75000 depending on the number of seats available for each branch there are 120 seats in total. It has a facility to provide affordable, and nutritional food but the food may not be as tasty and diverse as it is in another establishment.
