Hi Subhanshu,
If you are still prusing graduation you must have achieved good grades particularly in Physics and Mathematics. You must also hold a bachelor's degree in the same field or related discipline. GRE will be required if you seek admissions in countries such as USA and Canada. Other requirements include TOEFL or IELTS to prove your English language proficiency. You must first decide which country you want to go to as admission requirements vary with colleges and countries.

No, you cannot apply with your MAT May2016. You can apply with your CMAt Jan2016 score as GD/PI are ending by March20th.
