Hello Abhishek,
Ideally, one should expect around 3.5 lacs per annum to 4 lacs per annum after an experience of over 3 years in ant IT company. However, this isn't mandatory as it depends on your performance, market conditions, profit earned by the company in these financial years and on other factors. Currently, due to the global recession and issues related to VISA by the USA, the IT industry has suffered a setback. Therefore, the increments per year will certainly stoop down.
I hope this answers your question. If you have any further questions, kindly revert.

If you have work experience then you can go for Executive MBA otherwise you can choose regular MBA. If you are working somewhere and doesn't want to loose your job then only go for distance MBA. E-MBA is beneficial for working and experienced professionals and regular MBA is also beneficial as compared to distance learning.

You can try to score above 500 marks to get admission, but it mainly depends on your category. Open category should have minimum of 70% marks. But, state level cutoff will be different for different states.

The CAT cutoff for PGDM and IB is supposedly 75%tile and for RM and IBM is above 70%tile in CAT. But mostly the candidates with more than 80%tile are absorbed for PGDM and IB. The placements are fairly average. The average package is around 6 Lakhs per annum.
