There are plenty of courses available online and the cost for such courses from top rated universities are generally above 1 lakh . but you save a lot in the sense that you don't have to travel or live in those countries. but always enquire directly with the institution and not with any third party providers

Hello, There are no restrictions for the no. Of attempts in CSIR NET Exam. CSIR NET Exam is conducted twice a year. The first exam is conducted in the month of June and second in the month of December. The exam is conducted by NTA (National Testing Agency). This year the first exam has been conducted in June 2019. The second exam will be conducted on 15th December 2019. Those whose who will be appearing in the exam can download their CSIR NET Admit Card. This is the most important document to carry while appearing in the exam. Without this document you will not be allowed to enter the exam hall.

First select the college you wish to study in. Then check the eligibility criteria listed. Different universities would have different criteria. So ensure you have the minimum qualification. Then once you finish your course get your IELTS done and try to get a good score. Based on eligibility criteria you might have to take an entrance exam. Then apply for the programme. Get accepted. Pay fees. Do medical and then apply for a visa.
