Yes, IIMM Delhi is best as it provides multiple courses in UG, PG and Diplomas in mass media technical field, advertising, public fields etc. It's preferable to do mass media related courses from this as this university is basically for all courses of mass media where as universities such as Delhi University, IP etc. have limited courses related to mass media . IIMM Delhi have direct tie up with many mass media companies, journalist, great businessmen working in this field . IIMM Delhi and SGT gurugram is almost equal on fees basis . However it can be said that IIMM Delhi have less fees than SGT . But the education, reading material, students welfare, placement etc. are not compromised on fees basis in any of the universities. As IIMM offers BJMC at 42,500/ semester, PG courses at approximately 40,000/semester, there short term courses may have fees structure approximately 10,000-50,000. Whereas fees structure of SGT is for Masters in medical field it may cost approximately 4lakh for 4.5 years, for Bachelors of arts they m cost approximately 60000 for 8 semester etc. based on the courses you will opt for

The selection process for a BJMC (Bachelor of Journalism and Mass Communication) course may vary among institutions. However the most common process is a candidates need to have completed Senior Secondary School Certificate (10+2) or Intermediate or its equivalent from a Recognized Board or some colleges takes admission on the basis of scores in entrance exams .
There is no minimum score required for admission in colleges under IPU . The admission to various colleges are done on the basis of rank of IPU CET exam .As to get good college your rank must fall under 500 rank.
