Yes, ICFAI University Meghalaya does accept Class 12th scores for admission. The institute accepts both state (MBOSE HSSLC) and CBSE board marksheets for admission to various UG programmes of the institute. ICFAI University Meghalaya is a university of decent reputation for its BCA course. The institute offers BCA at the UG level and attracts a lot of students for admission. However, Techno Global University Shillong has never started any academic activity since its inception. They have never issued any marksheet, certificate or degree to any person. The oinstitute has also never authorised any person or institute to act on behalf of them.

ICFAI University Meghalaya offers BCA General in the campus. It doesn't offer any specialisation for BCA programme. However, the institute does offer certificate and Advanced Diploma in Computer Applications. While BCA is a three-year programme, the certificate and Advanced Diploma programmes are offered with lesser duration. IIMC Jammu only offers PG Diploma in English Journalism as per the official website of the institute. Hence, its English Journalism specialisation is the most popular one as well. As of now, Indian Institute of Mass Communication Jammu does accept CUET PG scores to offer PG Diploma in English Journalism. There's no mention of the minimum cutoff on the official website of IIMC Jammu. CUET PG 2024 cutoff is expected to be released separately by the participating universities. The cutoff refers to the minimum marks one has to secure in order to qualify for the exam. 

There's no information about the placements offered at IIMC Jammu. The instiute currently runs from a temporary campus and is yet to release it's placement related information. From what I could reserach, placements at IIMC Jammu can be considered decent, with students securing jobs in various media and communication sectors across India. Leading media houses such as NDTV, India Today, The Hindu, Hindustan Times, Times of India, Aaj Tak, Zee News, Doordarshan, Public Relations agencies, and government organizations are among the major recruiters.

Among all the IIMC campuses, IIMC Delhi is the best. However, Indian Institute of Mass Communication Jammu is the best institute for journalism and mass communication in Jammu. The institute is new compared to other IIMCs but is the best in the North-most India. Life at IIMC Jammu is quite diverse and dynamic. IIMC Jammu attracts students from across the country, leading to a rich cultural exchange and opportunities to learn from different perspectives.
