IIMs do not offer MBA via distance learning mode, neither are the courses offered via distance mode equivalent to MBA.
However, these courses are very well developed and useful for working professionals depending on the need of the same.Only a few IIMs offer distance education programs to students. These colleges are:

The welingkar Institute, Matunga offers distance as well as part time classroom training in Diploma in Tax Management which is 6 month Course

Once you complete your B.tech., you will have to clear the Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) exam. Each year Indian Railways post ads for vacancies. You will have to make sure that there are jobs that meet your qualification criteria before applying.
