Dear aspirant,
Please note that MBA is a huge investment of time and money and you do it generally once. Hence, try to get the best college you can. I am sure that with better and more focused preparation, you can get into the 80 percentile tier which will enable you decent schools. In India, only the top 30-35 colleges are considered worthy to join and at your percentile, none of them will accept you. Hence, my advise would be to re-take the CAT. Also, apply for MAT as some decent B-Schools. Though, if you must take admission this year, go for the tier 3 colleges like Vellore, Balaji, GL Bajaj, JIMS, etc.

It will be difficult to get a call from any good B-School at this score. At least, 80+ percentile is required to get a call from tier-II or III B-Schools. You can give one more chance to CAT if you are in final year of your graduation. Else, you can prepare for other MBA entrance exams like CMAT MAT and score good percentile. Most of the tier-II or III B-schools accept these scores from admissions. You need to improve your score to get any good MBA college.
