Hello Medicos!
Yes you can achieve it. Stick to the notes for fundamentals and ncert for biology and revise it daily. Byheart it totally, mark lines and make one liners. Do not skip anything. Now daily 35 question for biology. (Must refer MTG NCERT at your fingertips- quality questions for NEET biology. )
And 10 question for physics and chemistry daily. Just start 10 yes 10 to 20 then you can increase this number but 10 daily without fail. See if you finish 10 question daily so till may you will solve almost 2000 questions each and for biology 10000 almost. This should be the strategy for NEET Syllabus.

Check the complete strategy here. Physics: first go through NCERT theory. Know the concept involved and practice. If you are not able to solve, then first go through the solution. Understand it, practice it twice thrice. Refer NCERT + Engage physics for JEE MAIN/NEET By BM Sharma. It has derivation for concepts, short tricks and a variety of questions with solutions for all chapters.

Study less but study smart. Reference books are needed to solve good number of questions. Specially in physics and chemistry. Focus only on ncert for NEET Biology, organic, inorganic chemistry. Solve as many as possible questions in physics, organic chemistry. For organic chemistry, do all name reactions. There'll be at least 18 questions from organic chemistry. Easy and scoring Chapters are- biomolecules, polymers, daily and environment chemistry. One or two questions from nomenclature. Don't neglect last chapters from chemistry books of both standards. It is good that you have another activity apart from academics. Its an advantage, as you can explore yourself in college and you will stand away from crowd! So, yes you can pursue your engineering along with your passion. It is the matter of time management.
