IBS, Pune would be on top list as far as rest colleges are there. Kirlosker College is also good in terms of education. It might be little less in terms of other interactive activities. Placement process is also good. So, I would prefer IBS, Pune, Kirlosker and then Indira.

No, your overall CAT score is considered for IIM calls. Having said that, you can play on your strengths and excel in verbal/LRDI and manage to clear the cut-off of quant section to get calls, provided you manage a good overall CAT score.

UPES is a good college only for petroleum engineering. For CSE it is not so good. There are many other good colleges in North India for CSE branch like Graphic Era University, DIT, Galgotia University, Chandigarh University, CGC Landran, etc.
