Saurav, I would suggest International Management subject to you as global marketing is a trend now-a-days and it cover up export/import as well. With the budget you have I think you can go only for distance education courses. Try with ICFAI or Symboisis.

Sana, I feel sad to mention that the scope of Technical writers is not rosy at least in India. It is a new field and not many really understand what actually iy is about. People mistakenly attached it with writing capabilities where-as the fact is that it is more concerned about a persons' technical knoweldge, communication skill and ability to listen to others. No Ashish, it is always the regular mode of education which is better in all ways and rightly given higher weightage also. However distance education is gainful under the circumstances where-in a person could not do a course earlier when his regular education was going on or when he/she is in a hurry to get employment because of the family or other cisrcumstances. S distance education is primarily for people who have had some relevant work exprience. In my view it is not for freshers at all.
