Yes, both the Diploma in engineering course are same. The difference is that some state universities or deemed universities offering two year Diploma course after completing class 12th. The Diploma in engineering course after completing class 10th is of 3 years duration.

B.Sc IT graduates can find jobs as web developers and designers, data security officers, database manager and software developers.
B.Sc CS: Students on the other hand are eligible for jobs as a software engineer, software tester, project manager and application developers. Cloud architect, cloud services developer, cloud consultant and cloud network engineer are the other relevant and upcoming careers.

To become a pilot, you need to do CPL (Commercial Pilot License) program. You can do this in India or abroad. The big advantage of doing this from abroad is the training schools have training runways whereas most Flying schools in India depend on National or International airports which are very busy throughout the year, making training aircraft the least priority for Air Traffic Controllers. Most students who go abroad are able to finish the CPL within a year whereas it could take 2 to 3 years to complete the course in India.
