As per UGC guidelines, you can't pursue 2 degree, one degree and one diploma simulatneously. So, you have yo complete Agricultural diploma, then you will start the degree in food science.

Yes, if you fail in more than one subject you have to repeat a year. Since you have an optional subject which helps you to pass if you fail in one subject only. But, it can not help if you fail in 2. The total percentage is 5 subjects. All the best.

Food Science and Nutrition Management course offered by JD Birlra Institute Kolkata. Because B.sc courses are for girls only. However, the eligibility criteria of the asked court are given below.
As per the eligibility criteria, A student must have studied four core subjects i.e Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English at 10+2 level.

The eligibility criteria for M.Sc Food and Nutrition of IGNOU is given below:
Educational qualifications: B.Sc Home Science with specialization in Food and Nutrition, Dietetics and Clinical Nutrition
Or
PG Diploma in Dietetics and Public Health Nutrition or its equivalent
Or
Graduate (B.Sc. Hons.) or equivalent (MBBS, BHS etc.) from any of the following backgrounds: Home Science/ Food Science and Technology, Zoology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical along with the DNHE or CNCC or CFN offered by IGNOU. (Simultaneous admission for CFN/CNCC also permitted).
So from above B.Sc paramedical students are not eligible for this course.

Candidates must have passed Gujarat H.S.C./CBSE/ICSE Examination (10+2) or equivalent examination from the General or Science stream with English as one of the subjects. A candidate who has passed an equivalent examination from any other examining body will have to produce an eligibility certificate from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda (which can be obtained from the University Office, Opp. Drugs Laboratory, Vadodara).
Admission criteria: Entrance test.
So from above, you are eligible for BCA course offers at MSU Baroda.

If required you can inform the situation at the time of admission and apply as a fresh candidate
There won't be any issue about the gap of one year
Later on, you can get a gap certificate made from the college if needed anywhere
There is no entrance test for admission to the BBA course in PU Chandigarh. Eligibility criteria is 10+2 in any stream with minimum 50% marks and the candidate should have passed English subject in 10+2 exam. Thank you,. .

Not necessary. The concerned Institute or even company set its own CGPA criteria for placement offerings. Hence, if someone meeting the Institute/Company CGPA criteria than he can sit in the placement drive.

You can do this. Please solve at least last 5 years of JEE Main papers with proper time management. Spent at least 6-8 hours daily in preparation of JEE Main and specifically focus on NCERT text books. Each and every chapter of NCERT books should be learn at least thrice. Take helps from mobile internet for mock test and new problem solving methodologies. There are various JEE preparation books are available amazon and flipkart etc. At nominal cost.
