Food Science and Nutrition Management course offered by JD Birlra Institute Kolkata. Because B.sc courses are for girls only. However, the eligibility criteria of the asked court are given below.
As per the eligibility criteria, A student must have studied four core subjects i.e Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English at 10+2 level.

Educational qualifications: B.Sc Home Science with specialization in Food and Nutrition, Dietetics and Clinical Nutrition
Or
PG Diploma in Dietetics and Public Health Nutrition or its equivalent
Or
Graduate (B.Sc. Hons.) or equivalent (MBBS, BHS etc.) from any of the following backgrounds: Home Science/ Food Science and Technology, Zoology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical along with the DNHE or CNCC or CFN offered by IGNOU. (Simultaneous admission for CFN/CNCC also permitted).
So from above B.Sc paramedical students are not eligible for this course.

If required you can inform the situation at the time of admission and apply as a fresh candidate
There won't be any issue about the gap of one year
Later on, you can get a gap certificate made from the college if needed anywhere
There is no entrance test for admission to the BBA course in PU Chandigarh. Eligibility criteria is 10+2 in any stream with minimum 50% marks and the candidate should have passed English subject in 10+2 exam. Thank you,. .
