Yes, it is possible you can still get admissions into an 10th class Diploma course. You are eligible for this if you have passed the 10th exams and a minimum percentage is 98. A gap of 4 years is not an issue, believe me, you can do much better than others.

Getting your SSC 10th hall ticket usually depends on your specific state board. In many cases, for regular students, the hall tickets are made available to the schools, and you have to go and collect it from your school administration. For private students, sometimes the hall tickets can be downloaded from the official state board website using your registration details. So, the best place to start is your school or the official website of your state's SSC board.

I couldn't find any specific information about the TGRJC exam application dates. The details for this particular exam are not widely available through public sources, which can be the case for very specific regional exams. It's highly recommended that you check with the official conducting body for the TGRJC exam or look for notifications on your local education authority's website for the most accurate and recent schedule.

If you missed filling the declaration form for AIBE 19, visit the official AIBE website and log into your candidate portal. Check if the declaration form link is still active for updates. If not, contact the Bar Council of India through their helpline or email for instructions. They sometimes allow late submissions or provide a manual declaration process before issuing the admit card or results.

While the exact cutoff marks for this year aren't out yet, the college bases its merit list on your 12th-grade performance. So, a high score is definitely important.
