Almost every state in India has centralised admission process and seats are reserved for NRI's and foreign nationals. In addition deemed to be universities and Unaided private colleges too gave management quotas. But fees for such seats is totally opaque. A prospective student needs to physically contact the institution and negotiate the fees.
