RPF Constable selection process comprises Computer-Based Testing (CBT), PET/PMT, DV and medical. Candidates qualifying the CBT are called for PET/PMT. Those qualifying the PET/PMT are called for DV. Shortlisted candidates of DV appear for medical exam. Appointment of selected candidates is subject to their passing requisite Medical Fitness Test to be conducted by the Railway Administration, final verification of educational and category certificates, verification of character and antecedents of the candidates from the local Administration and successful completion of initial training.

Tie breaking policy in RPF Constable exam is followed when two person secures the same rank.This process is followed while preparing the final result. The recruitment of candidates is done as per the selection process.

The registrations are currently open for the UG courses at ICFAI University, Jaipur. Aspirants of the BBA courses can visit the official website to register and apply. Candidates wanting to enrol for admission must submit their applications on or before the application end date. 

RPF Constable normalisation is done since the exam is multiple shifts. According to the normalisation process, the marks obtained in the exam are calculated on the basis of an average score of the top one percent of the candidates considering all shifts. The marks are calculated up to five decimal places.

RPF Constable result is made available online only. The hard copy of the result is not sent to candidates by post. The result is made available region-wise in PDF form. The result PDF comprises the roll numbers of qualified candidates.
