Both the fields you mentioned are two different fields, and both offers good career prospects and excellent growth opportunities.
If you wish to make your career in the field of IT and related fields then you may consider pursuing undergraduate degree in IT and related fields, whereas if you are interested in the field of management, then you may opt for undergraduate degree in management.
The undergraduate degree in management program usually includes general business courses and advanced courses for specific concentrations.
The degree is designed to give a broad knowledge of the functional areas of a company, and their interconnection, while also allowing for specialization in a particular area.
The degree also develops the student's practical managerial skills, communication skills and business decision-making capability.

I would suggest that before opting for any course you must first decide in which field you wish to build your career and accordingly you can select the best course as per your interest and liking.

For being a professional ethical hacker you require motivation, dedication, initiative, self-education and formal training in ethical hacking. I would like to suggest a few points:-
1. Know about the different types of hackers, such as White Hat, Grey Hat and Black Hat hackers
2. Evaluate your strengths and interests and gain some programming knowledge such as C, or Java.
