Go with the diploma because after 12th you will again give the entrance exam and yoh don't know how much score you will get,so after complition of diploma you will automatically join the degree.

You do not have to have maths as a subject in you grad course to take CAT exam. But 10th standard level maths is there in the exam so you'll have to prepare for it in any case. You can definitely take CAT exam.

You have got a very good foundation with good academics and work experience. Please do appear for entrance exams like CAT, XAT, SNAP, NMAT. You have to prepare well for these entrances which will rest you on quantitative aptitude, reasoning and comprehensive skills . Try enrolling into an institute like TIME, CAREER FORUM, etc which will guide you in preparation for the entrance exams. Person with work experience have a greater scope in getting into a premier bschools once you qualify the cut off mark .
