Yes, you can most certainly try again for CAT. There is no limit to number of attempts you can take for CAT. However they keep a count of number of attempts. You have decent academic record and a fair chance of getting into IIMs if you do good in CAT. I would suggest you prepare well and give it your best shot this year.

Both the courses are good & have great career opportunities. MBA is a generalist course and career options are more vide. CFA is a specialist course & has it own demand in the financial /capital market space.

Chandigarh University is good not best r option to pursue BBA+LLB integrated course. It has high class facilities full Wi-Fi campus. Moreover, it has wonderful placements, around 400 companies visited the campus this year.
