The authorities had released the BITSAT test centre allotment 2023 for the first and second sessions on May 8 and June 13, respectively. There isn't a definitive "lengthiest" section in CMAT based on the number of questions. This is because all of the five sections of the CMAT exam have  20 questions each. But the  Language Comprehension section can feel lengthier due to reading comprehension passages that require more time to process compared to other question types.

However, It's very important to note that this can vary depending on the individual.

Since every section of the CMAT has 20 questions in total, solving 15-18 questions in each section with 80 percent accuracy is considered a good attempt in CMAT and it can ensure a good percentile in the exam. Solving all 100 questions is not mandatory. About 75-80 questions in total will get a good score. Candidates must opt to attempt only those questions they can solve correctly to avoid negative markings. If you plan to prepare for the CMAT exam, then you should put in 4 to 6 hours daily studying. Those scoring 345 to 350 marks will likely secure 100 percentile, and those scoring 285 to 340 marks will get 99 to 99.99 percentile. So

Yes, CMAT candidates can refer to the books recommended for CAT exam preparation as the syllabus is same for both exams, but they must also solve mock tests and sample questions specific to CMAT to get the hang of it. Yes, Syllabus for both, CAT and CMAT are similar for three sections i.e. Quantitative Techniques and Data Interpretation, RC, Verbal and Logical Reasoning. However, CMAT Examination has two extra sections which are General Awareness, Innovation and Entrepreneurship. 

Candidates are advised to prepare for common topics and sections first, and then proceed to CMAT exclusive section.

In case the candidates forget their login credentials, they can access it through their email ID. After completing the registration process, the authorities send the candidates their respective registration/application number through email to their registered ID. However, if by mistake, the email consisting of the application number has gotten deleted, the candidates can send an email requesting for application number to the official email ID of BITS Pilani. It should be noted that the mail should be sent from the candidate's registered email id only.

Yes, there is a negative marking in CMAT exam. For each wrong answer, 1 mark will be deducted. However, no marks will be deducted for unanswered questions.

Yes. BITS Pilani conducted the BITSAT 2023 slot booking process on a first-come-first-serve-basis. Candidates were required to complete the slot booking as early as they could since the availability of the preferred slots at their respective centres could go low. If the candidates were not able to book their preferred slots, then they had to select another slots as per the availability.
