I did my engineering at the same college and also guide students for engineering admissions, thus I'll answer this question for you! It's a clear no! No college in Maharashtra will admit students to engineering courses without CET scores! Rather of going any further, I can tell you that you must have at least 50% in PCM to get admitted to engineering courses at any college in Maharashtra! Talking particularly to Thakur, I recall only one year when it accepted admissions based on PCM percentage because there was no clear admission criteria due to JEE and CET being held in the same year!
