Many good universities in our country and B Schools require you to have at least 50% along with a good score in aptitude tests like CAT/MAT/CMAT etc as applicable for admission to their regular MBA courses. For distance education courses, you require a pass if you have around 3 years of experience. Many autonomous institutes in our country do not demand a requisite percentage, but require you to be a graduate.

talking about bio-tech yes there is no dought that in upcoming days its going to be rocks but as demand little less in year 2008-2014 but its increasing.fastly.!

Hey I guess the better option for you would be micro biology but it's depend on you what you have interest in and the place where you live in have better education facilities you can also go for bsc Ag it has a growing scope now in the agriculture sector. So in which you have interest should go for it.
