If you are interested to do MBA in Finance, your maths should be very good and preference is given to B. Com ( coz they learned about account, stats earlier ) and Engineering students ( coz their maths is good enough ). In Mumbai, there are a lot of institutes for Finance MBA. Popular institutions as I know - K. J. Somaiya, Narsee Monji, SIMSREE, S. P. Jain, etc ( Mumbai ).
In Pune - Symbiosis, Balaji Group, PUMBA, MITSOM, MITSOB, etc.
Cut off for Mumbai colleges is above 90%ile and for Pune is above 80%ile.
Best of luck !

Hello abbas,
FMS doesn't give weightage to your past academic scores as of now. Thus, yes you are eligible for admission to FMS. For further eligibility criteria you can refer www.fms.edu.
Talking about the percentile required.
The cutoff for admission to MBA programme 2016 is composite score of 59.430 for general category candidates. The Composite Score has been computed by giving weightage of 40%, 30%, and 30% to the scores of VRC, DI/LR, and QA Sections respectively as provided by the CAT Centre for the CAT 2015 Examination for candidates who registered with FMS. For example: Composite Score = ?(Score in Section * Weightage)/Max Marks

Ankit, BBA launches you headfirst into a professional career after class 12; it's much more skill specific than a B. Com. If you are very sure that your aptitude matches to the management study only, your only goal is to get into management career, then BBA would be the best choice for you.
If you're good at crunching numbers or want anything to do in the fields of formal finance like CA, then a B.Com degree should be your clear first choice. Though you can pursue an MBA after B.Com, a managerial MBA is better backed up by a BBA background, especially if further supplemented by solid post-undergraduate work experience.
