You have studied taking pure science that doesn't mean that you have to choose from these options only there are plenty of other options like BCA, BBA, BHM and many more. There almost all the branches which accept a science student except a few for which commerce is necessary.

Dibrugarh university has its own admission criteria. The candidate has to apply and appear for the entrance exam conducted by the university and further on the basis of merit screening candidates are selected. As per the eligibility criteria candidates must pass his / her graduation with 45% for general category and 5% relaxation is there for OBC/ST/SC category.

Normally, no university allows a student to pursue PG (MA) in a subject if the student has not studied that subject at the level of graduation. Same is the case with Dibrugarh University also.

IIMB uses multiple parameters, namely academic performance in school, high school and graduation programmes as well as candidates scores in CAT/GMAT to judge the suitability of candidates for the PGP programme. Relevant work experience, if any, is also given weightage. And as per the eligibility criteria candidates much have passed his/her degree with 50% marks, for sc/st it is 45%. Scholarships to study abroad are given to students on merit basis by the colleges itself. You have to be a strong applicant with good grades to get a scholarship from a good college. Applying early also is one factors, the sooner you apply the higher are the chances of scholarship.

It depends on your interest that which field is suitable for you and you make your career in that field!
If you are interested in photography go for that, many institution provide Bachelor's in photography, if you want to become a fashion designer go for that.
