For legal aptitude you've three things. You're provided with principle/s and then there are facts. Then you've the options from which you need to choose. The first thing to keep in mind is that the principle is the ultimate. Don't ever try to apply the general knowledge you have about the law while solving your questions. If the principle says theft is not an offence then for the 0.30 seconds you take to solve the question you must abide by that. No. The difference only is that some colleges provides B.A. LL.B. Only and some colleges provides both B.A. LL.B. And B.Com LL.B. but the entrance is the same for both the courses. For more information you can check the official website of CLAT Consortium.
