Masters course fulfill your degree, if you really want to explore in this field then I would suggest go for particular job's related to mass communication. None of the college's provide placements after your degree. According to my experiences, you should pursue master's from IGNOU and besides this provide your maximum time in your job related works to gain experiences.

You should choice a higher study stream which is relevant to present and future. You should be clear with your planning of next 5 year. In day to day life we first choose a destiny and then the route. The same thing apply in choosing a course after 12 th. Engineering, medical, law are few evergreen streams but it also depend on your 12th subjects and what is your goal. Brand value of college is what is more important. Best wishes.
