The documents required to take BE admission at Vidyavardhini's College of Engineering and Technology:
- Provisional allotment letter given by the CAP or Institute (2 copies)
- Acceptance letter from the scrutiny/admission center (2 copies)
- SSC (10th) marksheet
- Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or Diploma certificate

IIT Bhilai released it's round 1 cutoff for 2025. As per the cutoff released, the closing ranks varied between 523 and 613. The cutoff was released for MSc in Chemisty, MSc in Mathematics and Computing, and M.Sc. in Physics. For the aforementioned specialisations, the closing ranks were 613, 523 and 566, among the General AI category candidates.
