Selecting a college is purely and entirely your decision. It would be tough to state a college as the best as every college has it's own plus and minus points.
While selecting, you need to check the recognition. You also need to check year of establishment, batch size, syllabus, faculty, fees, placements etc.
Be careful while selecting a college as merely getting a degree is not enough for this competitive world.

Full Form of PGDM is Post Graduate Diploma In Manaagement.
Since you are a Diploma (Not a Graduate) passed; you are not elligible to apply for any recognized PGDM.
First of all try to do lateral entry Btech(3 years) then you will become elligible for PGDM.
