As guided by MSK70515 you can either go with 1-2 years work which can return you real life experience and can take appropriate choice in deciding your choice.
Or if you wish to go for MBA right after your graduation BBA then prepare entrance CAT, MAT, GMAT etc, crack any of the entrance mentioned which can assure you an entrance to good B-School.
The choice of going for work experience is purely depend on you and its not compulsory.
