As per the refund policy of JoSAA,  JoSAA deducts a counselling fee of ?6,000 (for GEN/OBC) or ?3,000 (for SC/ST/PwD) from the SAF. This fee is non-refundable. The remaining SAF amount (after deducting the counselling fee) is refunded to the candidate after 30-40 days of payment.
