Hi,
No work experience is not a mandatory eligibility criteria for admission in full time MBA or PGDM program. However students with work experience have competitive advantage over other candidates with no work experience during MBA admission.
So do not worry you may surely pursue full time MBA or PGDM program provided you fulfil the other eligibility requirements like:
1. Graduate in any filed with atlest 50% marks in graduation.
2. High scores in various management entrance tests like CAT, MAT, XAT etc.
I would request Dr. Sudhiranjan Dey to share his expert opinion on this.
Feel free to raise more questions. Appreciate by giving it thumbs
