In order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need:
Graduation in any field with at least 50% aggregate marks to be eligible to apply.Then, you need to clear the selection process of the B-school, starting with an entrance test accepted by the B-School. For e.g. CAT, MAT, SNAP, CMAT.
As per your profile I would suggest you to apply for improvement exam and prepare well so that you may score atleast 50% marks in graduation.
The other option for you would be to pursue MBA through distance education.
For your reference, find below some of the finest universities to pursue MBA through distance education:
- Punjab Technical University.
- Sikkim Manipal University.
- Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning.
- Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University.
- Karnataka State Open University.
I would suggest you to work for a year and then opt for MBA, the advantage of this step would be that after working for few years you would know which specialization to opt in MBA that can further enhance your career prospects.

Akshat, If you're creative, you can always consider going for Design and Animation. This is a field where nobody cares for your qualification, they only see if you can do quality work. In fact, the University Model has not succeeded in any Skill field across the world. Animation is an art form and a very demanding career. It has ample opportunities for the creatively talented people. Opportunities lie in UI Design, Graphic Design, Storyboarding, Animation Design, Game Design, 3D Modelling, Texturing and Lighting, Dynamics and VFX and of course animation (2D and 3D). Of course at the top of the pile lies Concept Designing - these people are required by Event Companies, Animation Studios, VFX Studios, and of course Game Studios. However, choosing between these must be done after seeing your performance in each of these. So going for a generic course covering all or most of these would be the best way to get started in these careers. Typically you should have good sketching skills to be able to make a sound career in this (if you work hard you can improve your drawing skills tremendously). You can prepare for CAT either by attending coaching classes or by doing self study. It all depends on you. When you attend coaching classes, you will get study material and you can get your queries answered and apart from that you can prepare as per schedule set by them and give mock tests. When you do self study, you have to be dedicated and constantly give time as per your preparation level. You can refer to quantitative books like Arun Sharma, Wren & Martin for Grammar, and practice DI, LR questions from question banks available over internet. Scoring 99 percentile is just not about giving time to preparation. Its also about managing your time and making correct choices in the exam. Your accuracy matters a lot in exams like CAT. So focus on doing as many as questions with high accuracy. Plan according to your strengths & weaknesses.

1) Flexibility
Flexibility is very vital feature. main reason behind high drop out rate in major distance education universities is less flexibility.
2) MBA or PGDBA
Make sure you are taking admission for MBA. There is huge difference between MBA and PGDBA.
3) Validity(across globe)
When you invest your time and money for something you should make sure that Its valid. When I talk about validity it must be globally valid.
4) Duel Certification
There are some universities with this feature. you should take advantage of this feature
5) Placement assurance
Placements should be there for freshers as well as working professionals. university must help Professional for good future. This facility is very rare but yes this facility is there with some universities.
