Salary of a Lab Technician fresher in India can be different because of place, company size, and type of industry. On average, a Lab Technician fresher can get around 15,000 to 25,000 INR per month. But this is only average and real pay can change because of skills, experience, and qualifications.
Some companies also give extra things like health insurance, paid leave, and bonus for good work, which make pay better.
