Hi,
College does have a provision wherein you can change the college. But you need to talk to both the colleges. The one in which you are currently studying and the other in which you want to take admission.
If your record in the first and second year was good then you will not face any problem.

The option to shift from one course to another may vary from one college or university to another. You should contact the admission office or academic counselor at your institution to inquire about the specific policies and procedures for transferring from one course to another. Generally, the possibility of a shift depends on various factors such as availability of seats, eligibility criteria, and merit-based selection. It is also important to consider any possible changes in the duration, curriculum, and degree requirements that may result from switching courses.

If you want to pursue MBA, go for IIMs in different states of India through CAT. As of today, there are huge no. of colleges. It is better to go for selected one. Don't go for low rank colleges. There is no benefit of doing MBA just to attain a higher degree. If you are not prepared well, wait for one year and do your preparations from any of the fined coaching center such as TIME, Career Launcher, etc.

Hi, I won't recommend it. You will only be wasting your time and money by doing so. Also, UK degrees are not easily accepted by Indian employers, not having a GMAT will only add another negative point. Even if you wish to work in UK, employers won't give you the first preference plus the tough work permit rules for foreigners in UK now will only make it difficult. What I can suggest is you check with the colleges about further career assistance and then decide.
