To download or obtain your 10th and 12th class certificates from the respective education boards, follow the procedures listed below, as applicable to their boards:
Procedure for CBSE Candidates to Download
Step 1: Go to the main website of CBSE at cbse.gov.in
Step 2: Open the link to the Duplicate Academic Document System.
Application Process: Please submit your application form for a duplicate certificate along with the necessary details like your roll number and the year of passing.
Fee: Pay the requisite fee as mentioned on the site. For example, if the documents which you requested are of 5 years old, then it is 250.
Submit Application: After filling up the application form, please submit your online application and wait for the processing.
For State Boards
Contact Your School: Contact the administration of your school from where you have passed out from 10th or 12th standard. They will further guide you on how you would get your original or duplicate certificate.
State Board Website: Check the official website of your state board for information regarding the issue of the specific details for procuring your certificate.
Important Notes:
Ensure to keep all your documents ready like ID proofs and your previous mark sheets.
Actually, the processing time is not definite, so you are advised to check from time to time for status updates of your application.

Uttarakhand Board has set February 21 to March 11, 2025 as the chosen period for conducting the 10th board examinations this academic year. Students can access their examinations between 10 am and 1 pm as part of the morning shift which will run in offline format. UBSE tells students to arrive at their examination site one hour before the scheduled start time. The date sheet for the current academic session released by the Uttarakhand Board of School Education (UBSE) came out on January 4, 2025.
