You are qualified to apply for the UGC NET exam, yes. According to the official announcement, applicants must have earned a postgraduate degree from an accredited university with a minimum cumulative GPA of 55%. Additionally, you have to meet the age requirement. For NET JRF, applicants must be under 30 years old, however there is no age restriction for UGC NET Lectureship.

As per past trends, cut-off in UBS varies from 88-90. Although your score is not amazing but good enough to try for UBS. UBS also has a sectional cut off. You can also explore on another good b school nearby like LPU ( which give good scholarship for this score). Best wishes.
