prasoon, if u have excellent marks in graduation / entrance exam, then i suggest you to go for top college like alliance, christ, ramaiah, welingkar, etc.and if average marks then other colleges.so.it depends on your performance first.better you mention me, your % so that i can tell more colleges.and budget too.as colleges have different fees structure.

Why you are having so many backlogs. A student who has passed Common Proficiency Test and senior secondary examination (10+2 examination) conducted by an examining body constituted by law in India or an examination recognized by the Central Government as equivalent thereto may join the Integrated Professional Competence Course.
