A 23.4 percentile score in JEE Mains, is quite low, amigo, to be really frank about it. You will have to look for some other options such as state level exams or for some other private universities. If there is JEE Mains once more, you can give that too.

Usually, the average cut off range for DU is around from 84% to 98%. Yes, definitely, civil is the oldest branch at NITA (almost 52 years), faculty, labs, academic curriculum and peers are nice. Placements are very nice, I mean not 100% but if that is your goal then getting into a core company is not tough, and besides you can always land a job into IT at NITA, no big task.
