It is tough to state which one is better as every institute has its own plus and minus points. You need to check certain parameters before joining any institute such as:
*recognition.
*success rate.
*how old the institute is.
*course details.
*faculty.
*alumni feedback.
*Specialization offered.
*Past placements records.
*Tuition fees.
*City preference.
*Industry interface etc.
So, think and decide wisely.

So, it would be tough to quote a specific number. For your further help, I am sending you link of institutes and would suggest you to contact the institute personally for accurate information regarding fees. Please place it in your address bar.
