When you are planning or preparing to study abroad, you must first decide where to study. The exams you are asking about also differs. Like for example SAT is taken by students who are interested to study in USA. Instead of SAT, another good option is ACT. In some counties like Japan etc. The universities conduct their own entrance exams. Besides these general aptitude test, you must also take TOEFL or IELTS for English language proficiency requirement. Even this depends where you study and whether you should give TOEFL or IELTS.
