Hi Syeda
You are overqualified for an undergraduate Diploma and therefore, I won't recommend you to apply for Diploma or Advance Diploma. It may not only lead to a visa rejection, but also the colleges won't accept you. Rather, I will suggest that you apply for a Graduate Certificate or a PG Diploma course. You also have some work experience making you a suitable profile for a PG level course and not UG. You may also check SPP colleges, which will allow you to have access to stay back options.

Hi,
The process of PGDM selection is based on your GD and PI that differs from institute to institute. Apply for all of them and prepare well. Check the websites of the colleges for further information. All the best for your admission.

Hi Raghavendra, I assume you are asking about GRE. Well, firstly 65% marks is somewhat low for applying to German universities, but you can give a shot ATIT. GRE is not required, so I don't see how GRE will help you. Instead, you can attempt GATE which is accepted. Since your percentile is not very competitive, you must work harder towards obtaining a very good internship position and do some quality projects. You should also try to publish some materials on journals etc. Related to your field. I will also suggest you take IELTS instead of TOEFL and take the TestDaf for German language proficiency.
