You have not mentioned about the Flying Institute name form which information is required. However the two years of Pilot training course fee (CPL) can be varying according to college and this can be between Rs 21-45 lacs.

Write supplementary exam and pass it. Education till second PUC is a must today. Not worrying about anything else, you dedicate yourself to study. I think instead of going for some job, you try to pass PUC. You'll realize the importance of education later. If you make your mind, it's not a big deal to pass the exam.
