After taking up science in 12th, you have a wide variety of options ranging from Engineering to Medicine and animation and multimedia to fine arts. Since you are good at drawing and painting I recommend a course in multimedia. Multimedia includes 2D animation, 3D animation, graphics designing and web designing. You could go for either a degree or a diploma in any of these fields depending on your time limitations and future plans.
