I think you are not clear the cutoff of jee mains and there is very less probablility to get nits but your board marks is good . you can adopt some private collegs and universities . best of luck for your future .

Yes, you can do B.Tehc with these subjects too. You can opt for B.Tech Biotech/ Agri.Engg./ Nanotechnology/ Food Technology.
