If you are talking about IIBS -International Institute of Business Studies it give MBA degree from University of Mysore, so it is not mandatory that it has to be affiliated with AICTE. The government rules keep on changing however. Recently AICTE has again given all the rights.
More important concern is that whether they are given a full time degree or distance or part time because the university with which they are affiliated is out of state. Be careful about this.
