Different universities have different admission requirements. If you have maintained 80% chances of admissions are good. Take your IELTS too. Knowledge of German language will increase career prospects however most MS classes are offered in English language and German language classes are offered which you can enroll into. It is low score to get good college, you should get min. 450 and 500 for govt. college. And you can do such. And prepare well for next year. Just do regular study which is most important.
NCERT is the best book to prepare for NEET for chemistry and biology. But, for physics you need to refer some other books for some guidelines but never go beyond the NCERT syllabus. For chemistry and biology you could practice MCQs from different books but study and learn from NCERT only.
