Hi Deekshitha!
If you are very serious about your career, I would suggest you to have a backup plan first of all. Because acting is not a sure-shot career. UPSC again is the most difficult exam to crack. Thousands of students apply for the exam and few lucky ones are able to crack. If you are good at time management, you can juggle through both; acting and UPSC. But personally, I would highly recommend you to devote your time in one of these, especially if you're eyeing for UPSC. And do have a concrete back up plan to fall upon.

For getting Government college such as IIT, IIIT, NIT or any other government funded college, then you must qualify for JEE main in order to get the admission in B.Tech programme. You can also appear for state level exam by which you can get admission into state level government college not national level like NIT. You can also go for private college which has good reputation such as KIIT, UPES, VIT, SRM, LPU etc.
Best of luck.

Hi Vishal, Sorry but let me be honest with you. With such a low score, there is less chances for you to get into a good B-School. I would suggest you to join a firm work for 3-4 years and then apply for an MBA course.
