With a rank of 16,000 in JEE Main 2023 under the SC category, you have a good chance of getting admission to NITs or IIITs. The specific institute you can get into will depend on the availability of seats and the cutoff ranks for SC category candidates. It is recommended to check the official counseling processes and notifications from JoSAA and the participating institutes for accurate information on admission possibilities.

Admission to B.Sc. Nursing courses in government colleges is generally done through entrance exams conducted at the state or national level. NEET is the entrance exam for admission to MBBS/BDS courses, but it is not applicable for B.Sc. Nursing. The eligibility criteria and admission process may vary from state to state and college to college. However, a score of 240 in NEET and 91% in 12th is a good academic record and can increase your chances of getting admission to a government college for B.Sc. Nursing.

If you are from EWS category then out of the 25000 seeds only 10% or available and in that also you are ranking is more than 40000. So you can SEE for yourself as to where you stand. But then admissions are a very funny process many time's surprising results come out and students way below
