If you are talking about AIEEE rank then although your rank is not very high but ITM Gurgaon can be a possibility as it is a private Institution, I would say you should try.

If you ask for the best option , i will suggest you to join frameboxx jayanag Bangalore.
Its one of the best. And as far i know. there are lot of students from orissa also.
