If you are talking about AIEEE rank then although your rank is not very high but ITM Gurgaon can be a possibility as it is a private Institution, I would say you should try.

We dont need the AICTE Approval,because its a British university course, only Indian university needs the AICTE approval

The candidates should have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized Board, with Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry.
Admissions to B Tech are done on the basis of Common Entrance Test (CET) and All India Engineering Entrance Examination (AIEEE).

I feel as per today's date frameboxx is far far more better then other similar institute in the race.
If you ask for the best option , i will suggest you to join frameboxx jayanag Bangalore.
Its one of the best. And as far i know. there are lot of students from orissa also.
