Your result shows that you are a verry tallented student.
I hope you have planned your career path. To built a successfull career choosing a perticular college is not the only important thing to consider during counselling. The right thing is choose course that suit you most then short list the institute.
By the way choosing a perticular college with a perticular course not only depends on your application only; it is interrelated with others appplication.

As per your score in CMAT, it would be difficult for you to get admission in good b-school, so as per your profile I would suggest you to take CAT-2013 and various other management entrance tests and score well so that you may get admission in good B-school
The other option for you would be to work for 2-3 years and then opting for MBA, the advantage of this step would be that after working for few years you would know which specialization to opt in MBA that can further enhance your career prospects
This work experience of yours would give you competitive advantage over other candidates with no work experience during MBA admission.
